Calazones

Calazones

Done grandma's way not plate size like restaurants.

Use pizza dough recipe (posted 7/19/14)

Preheat oven to 375.

Chop up your favorite pizza toppings, cook any raw meats (sausage, bacon).

Roll out a small portion of dough, 4 inch circle. Place toppings into one side fold over and press to seal edges. Cut small slits on top of dough, and brush egg over dough. Place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
