1 1/2 pounds dates
1 pound candy pineapple
1 pound candy cherry
2 pounds walnuts
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup oil
Grease 10x4 inch tube cake pan line with greased paper. Mix eggs, corn syrup and oil. Gradually beat in dry ingredients pour over fruit mixture and mix. Firmly pack into pan.
Bake 275 degree oven about 2 hours and 15 minutes or until top appears dry and cool.
May also back in 2, 9x5x3 loaf pan.
