Libby's Famous Pumpkin Pie

Libby's Famous Pumpkin Pie (same recipe as what is on the can)
Makes two 9 inch pies

4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 can (29oz) Libby's solid pack pumpkin
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
3 cups (2 12 oz cans) undiluted carnation evaporated milk
2 9inch unbaked pie crusts (or make pie crust)

Combine filling ingredients in order give; pour into pie crusts. Bake in preheated 425 oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 bake an additional 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool, garnish if desired with whipped topping. Makes two 9-inch pies.
