Pie Crust

Pie Crust Never Fail

3 cup flour sifted
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup Crisco
1 egg
5 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon white vinegar

No mixing directions. We mixed Crisco and flour with a pastry mixer, then mixed in the remaining ingredients with a wooden spoon. Roll out onto a floured surface. Place in pie tin.
