P is for Potato

Grandma didn't only make amazing cookies she also made super good bread. There is no better smell than freshly baked bread. So this week we made both a cookie and a bread containing potatoes. Both recipes also had another thing in common, they were both missing directions. The cookies were hand written with only the ingredients. Luckily mom remembered making so she knew how long to bake them. The rolls, on the other hand, were missing the 2nd page. We found a disk with the recipes; sadly it was a 3.5 floppy disk that new computers don't come with anymore. Rosanna had an old computer at work and was able to open the disk and get the second page of directions. After starting the recipe we realized it also didn't have baking directions. Somewhere along the way of typing up Grandma's recipes this page never made it to the disk or paper. We improvised and everything worked out great!
