Pizza Dough: Pizza and Pizzafritta

Pizza Dough
1 pkg yeast
1 cup temped water
5 cups flour
Dash Salt
2 Tablespoons Oil

Dissolve yeast in 1 cup water, pour into flour, add remaining ingredients hand mix.
If too dry add more temped water, if to moist add flour.
Let set in bowl (cover bowl with dish towel and place in a warm spot) until double in size.








For Pizza:
Press in pizza pan or divide and place in pie pans for personal pizza, let rest. Add desired sauce and toppings cook at 350 for 20mins, remove from oven top with cheese and return to oven remove once cheese is melted. 




For Pizzafritta:

Take small amount of dough stretch out and fry in oil until golden.  Top with butter, cream cheese,  peanut butter, or just eat plain. Save and make this the next morning or breakfast!
