Matilana Cookies
Cream altogether:
1 1/2 Cups sugar
1 ¼ cup butter
1 egg and 1 egg yolk
Add:
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon almond extract
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Pour into an 8x8 cake pan. Bake 30 minutes until golden.
