Love the smell of baking bread

Growing up you could always count on having fresh baked bread at Grandmas. Even if she hadn't just baked it you could guarantee she had loaves or rolls in the freezer. I loved when she would put out fresh baked rolls that she spent majority of the day cooking, and 99% of the time over half of the bread would be eaten by the end of dinner. There are so many fond memories of her kneading dough, although her frame was small she was a strong women that had a lot of muscle for kneading, something I never liked doing and still don't love to do. But something about watching her put all that work into making bread and then it being consumed and enjoyed so fully by people was some what inspiring. Grandma poured her heart into her baking and I know it brought her so much happiness to see people enjoying what she made. This weekend we filled Rosanna's home with that all familiar smell of fresh baked bread, something that always brings a smile to my face and  me back to the days of Grandma filling our home with that comforting smell. The bread we made were Parmesan rolls, Sesame Cheddar Bread and Cheddar Bacon rolls, all where super yummy and absolutely  amazing fresh out of the oven.
