The Great Pumpkin
When you think of fall baking what do you think of? Pumpkin! Today we made two delicious pumpkin recipes, Pumpkin Harvest Cookies, and Pumpkin Swirl squares. We do not remember Grandma ever making these tasty treats for us. The pumpkin harvest cookies are chewy and moist and pretty darn pumpkinrific. The pumpkin squares turned out more like a cake, because they were suppose to be baked in a jelly roll pan, but we did not have one. Pumpkin squares are topped with a cream cheese mixture that is sure to satisfy any pumpkin treat lover. Even those who don't love pumpkin are sure to like these treats, heck Rosanna even liked them and she doesn't like pumpkin things.
