Brownies

Michelle suggested we make all of Grandma's brownie recipes today. We found three kinds in her cook books - Texas Brownies, Cocoa Brownies and Triple Chocolate Brownies. Michelle confessed that brownie dough was her favorite and the dough did turn out better then most of the brownies. The Texas ones wouldn't cook and were in the oven for about 1-hour before they were finally cooked through. The conclusion was we should have used a bigger pan. The Triple Chocolate had the same problem and stuck to the foil at the bottom of the pan. Mom didn't have enough pans so we used a mini muffin pan on the Cocoa Brownies. The first batch we over cooked, the second batch we only cooked for 10 minutes and those came out perfect. None of them looked very pretty, but it is chocolate and they still tasted good so that is all that really matters.
