Cocoa Brownies

Cocoa Brownies
2/3 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 eggs
 1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup oil
1 cup nut

Mix together flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt set aside. In measuring bowl beat eggs slightly gradually add sugar, vanilla, oil and mix well. Stir in nuts. Stir in dry ingredients. Place in 8x8 cake pan.
Bake at 350 for 22 to 25 minutes.
Is using a mini muffin pan cut cooking time in half.


Frosting: Place one cup chocolate chips on top of the brownies while hot. (We crunched up solid melt chocolate bunny's from Easter and used them, worked just fine).
