Cornstarch Cheese Cake

Cornstarch Cheese Cake

Preheat oven to 375

Lining:
1 1/2 cup or 25 graham crackers or vanilla wafers, chopped
1/8 lb. melted butter
dash of cinnamon
3 tablespoon sugar
Mix together in a spring foam pan and press into bottom on pan.

Filling:
6 eggs beaten until lemon colored add 1/2 cup of sugar, beat well add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add 19oz packages cream cheese and 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional) beat until smooth and creamy.

Pour into line pan, bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven & cool for 10 minutes.

Cover with topping of 1/2 pint sour cream, 4 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, mix well.

Spread with spoon and return to oven for 8 minutes at 400 degrees, cool and chill.
