Grandma's Birthday part Two

What's a birthday without cake! Today we are making two cakes for grandma's birthday, Hawaiian Wedding Cake and  Cheesecake. Grandma usually request cheesecake which Michelle usually makes. Hawaiian Wedding is another favorite and a good one to make with low sugar. We've posted two Cheesecake recipes, we made the Cornstarch Cheesecake for this weekend. The other which Grandma liked to make and is called a Cordon Rose Cheesecake and the crust is made with ladyfingers (which Rosanna is not a fan of).
