Favorite Powder Sugar Covered Cookies

Our recipes today are Pecan Log and Hidden Kisses cookies, two delicious cookies rolled in powdered sugar. These cookies were often the cookies that would come on Christmas trays Grandma would give out, and they were often the  favorites of many including our Mom.
