Hawaiian Wedding Cake
1 pgk, yellow or orange cake mix cook as directed. (Pillsbury makes a sugar free cake mix, which you can usually find at Walmart, we used a regular yellow cake mix). Mom mentioned that grandma would put the juice from the pineapple into the cake mix before baking.
Topping:
One small instant vanilla pudding (regular or sugar-free) and cup milk, and 8oz cream cheese. Mix together with pudding. Spread over cooled cake. Spread 1 can of drained crushed pineapple over cake and top with large package cool whip, sprinkle with coconut.
